Position Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop HR policies, standards and implementation frameworks
  • Design capacity-building programs and training initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with public service regulations
  • Evaluate effectiveness of HR development strategies
  • Lead organizational development projects

Essential Requirements

  • Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • In-depth knowledge of:
    • Public Service Act and regulations
    • National Development Plan priorities
    • Government operational frameworks
  • Proven track record in strategic HR leadership
