- Minimum Experience: 5 years at middle/senior management level + 8 years in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities
- Develop HR policies, standards and implementation frameworks
- Design capacity-building programs and training initiatives
- Monitor compliance with public service regulations
- Evaluate effectiveness of HR development strategies
- Lead organizational development projects
Essential Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Matric)
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Public Service Act and regulations
- National Development Plan priorities
- Government operational frameworks
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership
