Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, or related field
  • Valid Nyukela Certificate (Senior Management Service qualification)
  • Proven experience in financial management systems and processes
  • Expert knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and public finance policies
  • Strong understanding of public service legislative frameworks

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee budget development and expenditure management
  • Manage asset management and supply chain operations
  • Administer Third Party Funds (TPF) services
  • Lead financial resource allocation and reporting
  • Supervise finance team operations
