About the Role:
Lead strategic ethics initiatives at South Africa’s National Prosecuting Authority. Drive organizational integrity through proactive ethics management and anti-corruption programs.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in ethics, integrity studies, or related legal field
- 5+ years experience in senior ethics management roles
- Certified Ethics Officer qualification (advantageous)
- Nyukela Senior Management Certification
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ethics strategy and conflict resolution frameworks
- Oversee financial disclosure systems and lifestyle audits
- Design anti-corruption awareness programs
- Manage ethics policy development and compliance monitoring
- Lead stakeholder engagement on integrity matters
- Supervise team operations and budget management
