About the Role:

Lead strategic ethics initiatives at South Africa’s National Prosecuting Authority. Drive organizational integrity through proactive ethics management and anti-corruption programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in ethics, integrity studies, or related legal field
  • 5+ years experience in senior ethics management roles
  • Certified Ethics Officer qualification (advantageous)
  • Nyukela Senior Management Certification

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ethics strategy and conflict resolution frameworks
  • Oversee financial disclosure systems and lifestyle audits
  • Design anti-corruption awareness programs
  • Manage ethics policy development and compliance monitoring
  • Lead stakeholder engagement on integrity matters
  • Supervise team operations and budget management
