About Us:

The Gauteng Provincial Legislature serves as the legislative authority for Gauteng province, driving lawmaking, governance oversight, and public engagement to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • NQF Level 7 qualification in Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years managerial experience in energy/water infrastructure
  • Valid SMS Pre-entry Certificate from National School of Governance
  • Knowledge of public policy, economics, and infrastructure project management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Gauteng’s Energy and Water Security Strategy
  • Oversee engineering projects (renewable energy systems, water treatment)
  • Manage contract administration and quality control processes
  • Develop business cases and financial projections
  • Coordinate intergovernmental stakeholder partnerships
  • Monitor project timelines and regulatory compliance
