Experience Required: 5+ years at middle/senior management level

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in insurance underwriting OR employer registration/assessment systems
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks under the COID Act

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee employer registration processes
  • Manage employer assessment systems and compliance monitoring
  • Lead department operations and resource allocation
  • Ensure adherence to legislative requirements
