Operational Excellence:

  • Manage accounts receivable exceeding ZAR 40 billion annual budget
  • Implement advanced financial control systems and recovery strategies

Team Management:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in billing, collections, and debt recovery
  • Develop staff competency frameworks for finance professionals

Performance Metrics

  • 95%+ accuracy in financial reporting
  • 20% reduction in aged debt year-over-year
  • 100% compliance with MFMA regulations
