- Oversee revenue optimization strategies for 4 million+ residents
Operational Excellence:
- Manage accounts receivable exceeding ZAR 40 billion annual budget
- Implement advanced financial control systems and recovery strategies
Team Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams in billing, collections, and debt recovery
- Develop staff competency frameworks for finance professionals
Performance Metrics
- 95%+ accuracy in financial reporting
- 20% reduction in aged debt year-over-year
- 100% compliance with MFMA regulations
