Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Salary: R1,266,714 per annum (all-inclusive package)
Job Type: Full Time
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Law, Built Environment, Policy Development, or related field
- 5 years’ experience at Middle/Senior Management level
- Expertise in policy analysis, legislative frameworks, and construction sector dynamics

- Policy development & implementation
- Construction industry regulations & standards
- Public Finance Management Act compliance
Essential Skills:
- Strategic planning & decision-making
- Data analysis & reporting
- Stakeholder engagement & leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement construction sector policies
- Analyze industry trends and propose solutions
- Maintain compliance with national regulations
