Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis/business process engineering at middle/senior management level
- Proficiency in Oracle/SQL databases and system analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of Public Service Regulatory Framework and ICT policies
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business analysis strategies across multiple units
- Lead process optimization and system maintenance initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional projects
- Oversee compliance with legislative requirements
- Prepare performance reports and risk management analysis
