Experience: 3+ years
Education: National Diploma (NQF 6) in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
Key Requirements
- Certification in ODeL (e.g., Moodle Course Creator) preferred
- 3 years’ experience in developing online learning content
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experts to design effective e-learning programs
- Create multimedia content and interactive learning activities
- Manage course structure on NSG’s LMS platform
- Monitor learner progress and generate performance reports
- Ensure content meets quality standards and accessibility guidelines
- Manage resources and operational processes
