Deputy Manager Nursing: Partnership & Stakeholder Management (PN-A8)

Position Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• R425 Nursing Qualification (Diploma/Degree) with current SANC registration (2025)
• 9 years post-registration nursing experience (general nursing)
• 4 years HIV/AIDS, STI & TB program management experience (supervisory level preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and partnership programs
• Develop and monitor Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Create platforms for stakeholder collaboration
• Facilitate health provider contractual agreements
• Ensure policy compliance across partnerships
• Manage sub-directorate resources
