Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate plus nursing diploma/degree (R425 qualification)
- Minimum 9 years’ post-registration nursing experience
- 4+ years supervisory experience in HIV/TB program management
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee provincial HIV Treatment Programme implementation
- Develop clinical guidelines for HIV/TB integrated care
- Coordinate resources and quality assurance processes
- Provide technical support to district health teams
- Monitor treatment standards and program effectiveness
