Position Details:
– Employment Type: Full Time
– Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Built Environment + Project Management Certification
– Preferred Education: Master’s Degree (NQF Level 8)
– Experience: 8 years managerial experience (3+ years at senior level)
– Location: KwaZulu-Natal
– License: Valid driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead low-income and special needs housing development initiatives
– Design inclusive housing models for diverse community needs
– Manage departmental budgets and strategic planning
– Oversee team performance and interdepartmental collaboration
– Ensure compliance with housing legislation and municipal policies
– Monitor project execution and deliver progress reports

Essential Requirements:
– Built Environment degree (Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction)
– Proven track record in large-scale project management
– Computer proficiency in project management software
– Current registration with SACPMP or related professional body

Preferred Qualifications:
– Postgraduate degree in Built Environment specialization
– Additional certifications in urban development/affordable housing
