Position: Deputy Director – Transformation

Job Type: Full Time

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) + Matric

Experience: 3 years (Including supervisory experience at Assistant Director level)

Location: Mpumalanga

Department: Project Management

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • 3-year Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Management, Administration, HR, Social Science or related field
  • 3 years’ experience in transformation programs at Assistant Director level
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Public Service Act and PFMA
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
  • Experience in service delivery innovation
  • Computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of transformation programs
  • Align government targets with departmental objectives
  • Develop service standards and improvement programs
  • Manage change management initiatives
  • Oversee resource allocation and utilization
