Requirements
• Degree/Qualification in Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven experience in transformation programs and policy implementation
• Strong knowledge of gender, disability, youth, and LGBTIQ+ inclusion frameworks
Key Responsibilities
• Advocate for equitable integration of marginalized groups (women, youth, PWDs, LGBTIQ+) in departmental planning
• Develop/maintain monitoring systems for compliance with national/provincial inclusion policies
• Coordinate intergovernmental forums on disability, gender, and youth development
• Lead research initiatives and produce analytical reports on program effectiveness
• Manage awareness campaigns to advance rights of underrepresented communities
• Monitor budgets and projects through performance review mechanisms
