Job Purpose

Develop supply chain management capacity through institutional support, stakeholder engagement, and skills development across government departments.

Requirements

  • Valid Code B driver’s license (accommodations for disabilities considered)
  • Proven experience in:
    • Public sector SCM regulations
    • Financial management (PFMA/MFMA)
    • Client relationship management systems

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Experience in organizational development
  • Adaptability to regulatory changes

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SCM capacity-building initiatives
  • Develop supplier networks and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies
  • Manage client service delivery standards
