Job Purpose
Develop supply chain management capacity through institutional support, stakeholder engagement, and skills development across government departments.
Requirements
- Valid Code B driver’s license (accommodations for disabilities considered)
- Proven experience in:
- Public sector SCM regulations
- Financial management (PFMA/MFMA)
- Client relationship management systems
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Experience in organizational development
- Adaptability to regulatory changes
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SCM capacity-building initiatives
- Develop supplier networks and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Manage client service delivery standards
