- Proven expertise in Public Finance Management Act regulations
- Knowledge of government procurement processes at national/provincial levels
- Experience in infrastructure procurement and major capital projects
- Understanding of Treasury Regulations and Public Service policies
Core Responsibilities
- Lead strategic procurement planning and implementation
- Oversee transversal contracts and public-private partnerships
- Manage demand/acquisition management services
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
