Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Social Science, Business Management, or Public Administration with policy development/M&E focus
- Valid driver’s license (accommodations provided for PWD applicants)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead departmental strategic and operational planning processes
- Develop/maintain planning frameworks (Strategic Plans, Annual Performance Plans, SDIPs)
- Analyze and coordinate quarterly/annual performance reports
- Provide strategic guidance to management and oversee sub-directorate resources
