Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Oversee operational plans aligning with GPAA objectives
• Develop short/long-term strategies for organizational effectiveness
• Conduct industry benchmarking and best practice implementation

Policy & Planning

• Coordinate strategic planning processes and priority identification
• Align GPAA strategies with national department priorities
• Develop business continuity and institutional reform plans

Data Management

• Oversee business intelligence systems and data analytics
• Develop statistical models for organizational insights
• Implement data transformation tools and reporting solutions

Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage internal compliance and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-departmental policy development
• Monitor service delivery quality and process improvements
