Position Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12/NQF Level 4 + 3-year Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)
- Experience: 7-9 years overall, with 4 years at middle management level
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
- Employment Type: Full Time
Core Function:
Lead strategic development and implementation of Credit Management systems for Staff and Government accounts, ensuring alignment with municipal financial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop credit management strategies for RSSC operations
- Create and update financial policies/processes
- Optimize resource allocation and team performance
- Produce accurate financial performance reports
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across municipal departments
- Manage sub-directorate budgets and assets
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
