Position Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12/NQF Level 4 + 3-year Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)
  • Experience: 7-9 years overall, with 4 years at middle management level
  • Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
  • Employment Type: Full Time

Core Function:

Lead strategic development and implementation of Credit Management systems for Staff and Government accounts, ensuring alignment with municipal financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop credit management strategies for RSSC operations
  • Create and update financial policies/processes
  • Optimize resource allocation and team performance
  • Produce accurate financial performance reports
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships across municipal departments
  • Manage sub-directorate budgets and assets
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
