Deputy Director – Service Delivery and Rapid Response

Required Qualifications:
– Matric Certificate
– Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Management/Public Relations or related field
Experience Required:
3-5 years at Assistant Director level in Customer Relations environment
Location: Gauteng
Department: Customer Care
License Requirement: Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder engagement through Project Steering Committees and public consultations
- Develop strategies to prevent and resolve service delivery disruptions
- Manage queries from government offices, municipalities, and oversight institutions
- Oversee operations in Human Settlements service centers
- Coordinate social facilitation and community cohesion initiatives
- Supervise team operations and administrative reporting
Required Competencies:
- Proven experience in customer relations management
- Strategic planning capabilities
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
