Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Administration/Office Management/Management or related field
- 5 years’ administrative experience with 3 years at supervisory level (Assistant Director equivalent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic secretariat support to departmental management structures
- Coordinate meeting schedules for Ministry and Director-General’s Office
- Manage agenda preparation, minute-taking, and resolution tracking
- Quality control of official documents and reports
- Develop and implement secretariat policies and procedures
- Oversee financial resources and compliance matters
