DEPUTY DIRECTOR: SECRETARIAT

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Contract Type: Full-Time Position

Minimum Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Administration/Office Management/Management or related field
  • 5 years’ administrative experience with 3 years at supervisory level (Assistant Director equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic secretariat support to departmental management structures
  • Coordinate meeting schedules for Ministry and Director-General’s Office
  • Manage agenda preparation, minute-taking, and resolution tracking
  • Quality control of official documents and reports
  • Develop and implement secretariat policies and procedures
  • Oversee financial resources and compliance matters
