Role Purpose

Lead the coordination of administrative processes, professional development initiatives, and candidate programs within the Roads Branch of the Infrastructure Department.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3-year National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (or higher equivalent)
  • 3+ years management-level experience
Preferred Attributes
  • Postgraduate qualification in relevant field
  • Public sector experience in HR, Finance, or Infrastructure Reporting
  • Understanding of roads sector professional development programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee resource allocation and project execution
  • Ensure compliance with legislative/regulatory requirements
  • Manage professional development programs and candidate initiatives
  • Coordinate financial oversight aligned with PFMA regulations
  • Implement data-driven decision making processes
  • Supervise team operations and staff development
