• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Property Law/Town Planning/Built Environment/Asset Management
• Experience: 3+ years in immovable asset management (including 3 years at Assistant Director level)
• Location: Mpumalanga
• Field: Real Estate & Asset Management
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, Computer literacy

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Public Service legislation (PSA, PFMA, GIAMA)
• Property ownership verification processes
• Asset valuation and municipal tax systems
• Strategic asset management planning
• Financial management and reporting
• Project coordination and risk management

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain provincial property registry and title documentation
• Oversee asset allocation to government departments
• Develop asset management policies and strategic plans
• Coordinate property surveys and land transfers
• Prepare annual financial statements and audit reports
• Advise departments on compliance and best practices
