Key Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and computer proficiency
• 3 years’ experience for NQF Level 7 candidates
• 5 years’ experience for NQF Level 6 candidates

• Lead strategy development for education employment initiatives
• Manage program reporting and stakeholder communication
• Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs
• Oversee provincial advocacy campaigns and recruitment drives
• Coordinate budget management and financial reporting
• Supervise team performance and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks

• Implement effective staff development programs
• Ensure proper asset management and control
