Key Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and computer proficiency

- 5 years’ experience for NQF Level 6 candidates

- Lead strategy development for education employment initiatives
- Manage program reporting and stakeholder communication
- Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs
- Oversee provincial advocacy campaigns and recruitment drives
- Coordinate budget management and financial reporting
- Supervise team performance and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks
