  • Implement standardized project management frameworks and governance
  • Manage cross-departmental stakeholder engagement

  • Coordinate benefits realization across programs
  • Lead enterprise risk management and compliance
  • Monitor program budgets and financial performance
  • Integrate PMO functions with organizational strategy
