Essential Requirements:
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification
- 10+ years’ experience in civil/criminal litigation
- Admission as Attorney/Advocate in South Africa
- Right of appearance under NPA Act Section 25(2)
- Proven leadership in ethical legal practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations into misconduct complaints
- Oversee fraud/corruption cases within NPA operations
- Develop anti-corruption policies and protocols
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Manage unit performance targets and strategic objectives
- Conduct organizational risk assessments
- Supervise human resources within department
