Job Purpose

To coordinate the implementation of municipal monitoring and evaluation services.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree (NQF level 6) in Local Government, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Administration, Public Management, Statistics Management, Development Studies, Economics, or as recognized by SAQA
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience at Assistant Director level in Municipal Monitoring and Evaluation
  • A valid driver’s license

Duties

  • Facilitate the implementation of municipal performance surveys
  • Facilitate the implementation of Municipal Performance Assessment and Evaluations
  • Monitor the state of local government
  • Facilitate the implementation of municipal monitoring and evaluation processes
  • Facilitate the provision of municipal monitoring and evaluation capacity building programs
