Position: Deputy Director: Labour Centre Operations (REF NO: HR4/4/10/830)

Key Requirements:

• Education: National Diploma NQF6/Undergraduate Degree NQF7 in relevant fields including:
  – Financial Management, Accounting, or Business Administration
  – Social Sciences, Law, or Engineering disciplines
  – Project/Operations Management or Public Administration
• Experience:
  5 years’ operational experience (2 years at Assistant Director level)
  Valid driver’s license required

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee national labor service delivery programs
• Represent department in government stakeholder forums
• Manage resource allocation and operational budgets
• Implement service improvement initiatives
