Key Requirements:

Education:
National Diploma (NQF6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7) in one of these fields:

  • Financial Management/Accounting
  • Human Resources/Labor Relations
  • Social Sciences/Public Administration
  • Engineering/Environmental Sciences
  • Law/Commerce

Experience:
5 years’ operational experience (including 2 years at Assistant Director level)
Valid driver’s license required

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee labor service delivery programs
  • Lead intergovernmental collaborations
  • Manage resources and staff operations
  • Implement service improvement plans
