Experience Required: 5+ years (3+ years in middle management)

Essential Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Expertise in PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and government financial systems
- Proven experience in audit coordination and fraud prevention strategies
- Comprehensive understanding of public service regulatory frameworks
- Strong leadership capabilities in financial control environments
Core Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of AGSA audit action plans and monitoring systems
- Manage audit information tracking and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate financial compliance reporting to Gauteng Provincial Treasury
- Develop departmental policy frameworks and control dashboards
- Oversee personnel management and skills development programs
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and internal control enhancements
- Prepare executive reports for SCOPA and other oversight bodies
Leadership Expectations
- Manage team performance through coaching and mentorship
- Coordinate interdepartmental compliance initiatives
- Develop annual work plans aligned with provincial objectives
- Ensure resource optimization and skills transfer programs
