Required Qualification: NQF Level 6 in Economics, Accounting, or Financial Management
Experience: 3-5 years at Assistant Director level or equivalent
Location: Gauteng
Sector: Finance/Accounting/Audit

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tariff/pricing systems or financial management
  • Knowledge of Water Services Act, National Water Act, and MFMA regulations
  • Understanding of tariff calculation methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills for economic/financial analysis

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop water pricing guidelines and tariff standards
  • Analyze cost structures and financial projections
  • Conduct performance evaluations for bulk water providers
  • Manage stakeholder consultation processes
  • Oversee team resources and operational planning
