Position Overview
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Polokwane, Limpopo
Experience Required: 5 years (3 years at Junior Management level)
Qualifications: NQF Level 6 Certification
Preferred Qualifications: Management Sciences/Infrastructure Management/Facilities Management
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee infrastructure project procurement and maintenance programs
- Implement Infrastructure Delivery Management Strategy
- Coordinate Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) initiatives
- Manage property acquisition/disposal processes
- Optimize resource allocation (human, financial, physical)
Essential Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (excluding PWD applicants)
- Proven experience in infrastructure management systems
- Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations
- Strategic planning and team leadership capabilities
