Position Overview

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Polokwane, Limpopo
Experience Required: 5 years (3 years at Junior Management level)
Qualifications: NQF Level 6 Certification
Preferred Qualifications: Management Sciences/Infrastructure Management/Facilities Management

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure project procurement and maintenance programs
• Implement Infrastructure Delivery Management Strategy
• Coordinate Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) initiatives
• Manage property acquisition/disposal processes
• Optimize resource allocation (human, financial, physical)

Essential Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (excluding PWD applicants)
• Proven experience in infrastructure management systems
• Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations
• Strategic planning and team leadership capabilities
