Minimum Requirements
- National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 6 certification in:
- Public Administration
- Business Administration
- International Relations
- Or related field
- 5+ years professional experience in relevant field
- 3+ years experience at Assistant Director level or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international relations strategy for UN ICT organizations
- Coordinate technical research for multilateral engagements
- Manage stakeholder relations with Department of International Relations
- Oversee implementation of global digital initiatives:
- UN Charter compliance
- Global Digital Compact (GDC)
- African Agenda 2063
- Direct resource allocation and budget management
- Supervise operational compliance and quality assurance
