Deputy Director: Human Resource Development

- Education Requirements: National Diploma/Degree in Public Administration, HR Management, or Social Sciences (NQF 6/7)
- Experience Needed: 3+ years at Assistant Director level

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of Provincial HRD Strategy
- Coordinate skills development programs with government departments
- Manage leadership development initiatives for women in public service
- Oversee provincial coaching/mentoring programs
- Implement Performance Management Systems across departments
- Manage resource allocation and operational planning
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic HR development
- Knowledge of public sector skills development frameworks
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in performance management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
