Core Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR administration systems aligned with public service regulations
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding processes and exit interviews
  • Oversee compensation administration, benefits management, and payroll compliance
  • Monitor employee working hours, overtime, and leave management systems
  • Resolve HR-related employee queries and service complaints
  • Analyze workforce trends and prepare strategic management reports

Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record in public sector HR operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Public Service Act and HR regulations
  • Strong leadership skills with team management experience
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
