Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR administration systems aligned with public service regulations
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding processes and exit interviews
- Oversee compensation administration, benefits management, and payroll compliance
- Monitor employee working hours, overtime, and leave management systems
- Resolve HR-related employee queries and service complaints
- Analyze workforce trends and prepare strategic management reports
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record in public sector HR operations
- Advanced knowledge of Public Service Act and HR regulations
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
