Lead strategic HR initiatives and equity programs for South Africa’s National Prosecuting Authority.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) or 3-year Diploma (NQF 6)
- 5+ years HR experience with 3 years specifically in:
- HR strategy development
- Employment equity programs
- Diversity management
- 3+ years team management experience
- Knowledge of government HR regulations and equity processes
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR Strategies/Plans
- Lead Employment Equity Plan execution
- Manage workplace diversity & inclusion programs
- Analyze HR metrics for decision support
- Oversee gender mainstreaming initiatives
- Manage HR planning team
