Role Overview

Lead strategic HR initiatives and equity programs for South Africa’s National Prosecuting Authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) or 3-year Diploma (NQF 6)
  • 5+ years HR experience with 3 years specifically in:
    • HR strategy development
    • Employment equity programs
    • Diversity management
  • 3+ years team management experience
  • Knowledge of government HR regulations and equity processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR Strategies/Plans
  • Lead Employment Equity Plan execution
  • Manage workplace diversity & inclusion programs
  • Analyze HR metrics for decision support
  • Oversee gender mainstreaming initiatives
  • Manage HR planning team
