  • 8 years senior leadership in ICT environments
  • Large-scale project management expertise
  • Experience in high-volume operational centers

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Oversee ICT strategy implementation across provincial departments
  • Drive digital transformation programs to enhance service delivery
  • Develop enterprise-wide technology solutions (ERP systems)

Operational Management:

  • Maintain critical ICT infrastructure and security systems
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity protocols
  • Manage service level agreements with technical partners

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Maintain information security governance frameworks
  • Develop technology standards for provincial departments

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage annual budget allocation and expenditure
  • Optimize resource utilization across ICT projects

Team Leadership:

  • Lead multidisciplinary ICT teams
  • Implement staff development and performance systems
