Core Requirements:

  • ∙ 6+ years’ customer service management experience (3+ years in leadership)

  • ∙ Strong understanding of compliance frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
Develop provincial service delivery plans, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with national service standards. Manage mobile services, walk-in centers, and regional communications.

Team Management:
Lead 50+ staff members through performance management, training programs, and operational budgeting. Implement quality control measures for all pension administration processes.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain relationships with government departments, labor unions, and pensioner organizations. Resolve complex client inquiries and coordinate regional outreach programs.

Risk Management:
Monitor compliance with SHERQ regulations, maintain audit-ready documentation, and implement fraud prevention strategies.
