Salary: R 896 436 – R 1 055 958 per annum (Level 11), all-inclusive remuneration package

Requirements

  • A Senior Certificate plus a three-year qualification (NQF Level 6/7) in Commerce, Law, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of related contracts management experience, including 3 years at Assistant Director Level (SL 9).
  • A valid driver’s license.

Duties

  • Manage, monitor, analyze, and review contracts to ensure proper administration.
  • Handle variations to contracts.
  • Evaluate applications for price adjustments and apply penalty clauses when needed.
  • Review requests for variations, amendments, and cancellations, and prepare proposals for approval.
  • Facilitate dispute resolution and ensure all necessary documentation is ready.
  • Build and maintain ethical relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate, review, and monitor contract compliance, verifying that products or services meet contract terms in terms of time, quantity, quality, place, condition, and price.
  • Prepare and submit all required administrative reports.
