Position Requirements:

Education:
NQF Level 6/7 qualification in Built Environment

Experience:
5+ years’ experience (including 3 years at middle management)
Valid driver’s license
Professional registration (Technician/Technologist/Engineer) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
• Develop annual operational & procurement plans
• Manage budgets and maintenance systems
• Oversee technical repairs and equipment specifications

Supplier Management:
• Manage procurement processes
• Monitor supplier performance
• Coordinate payments and service agreements

Infrastructure Maintenance:
• Supervise new installations
• Implement water treatment programs
• Update maintenance plans for boiler systems

Team Leadership:
• Manage staff performance and development
• Conduct skills training
• Coordinate work allocations
