About the Role
The Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport seeks a qualified professional to lead arts and cultural development initiatives. This leadership position oversees program implementation, resource management, and cultural facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- – Coordinate arts and culture development programs
- – Manage Western Cape Cultural Commission operations
- – Oversee financial management and procurement processes
- – Lead human resource management for department staff
- – Maintain cultural facilities and infrastructure

Remuneration
All-inclusive annual package: R896,436 (Salary Level 11)
