- Leadership experience in government relations
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ICT governance frameworks
- Coordinate regional partnerships (SADC, AU, ATU)
- Manage implementation of continental agreements
- Represent departmental interests at international forums
- Develop strategic ICT policies for African engagements
- Oversee operational and financial compliance
