Position Details:

Key Requirements:

  • National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 7 certificate in Public Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience at Assistant Director level or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven track record in executive support functions

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Executive Authority’s Office
  • Coordinate high-level administrative support and reception services
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication and stakeholder relations
  • Manage executive council meeting logistics and documentation
  • Supervise administrative staff and optimize workflow processes
  • Maintain confidential records management system
