Position Details:

Key Requirements:
- National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 7 certificate in Public Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience at Assistant Director level or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven track record in executive support functions
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Executive Authority’s Office
- Coordinate high-level administrative support and reception services
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and stakeholder relations
- Manage executive council meeting logistics and documentation
- Supervise administrative staff and optimize workflow processes
- Maintain confidential records management system
