Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of municipal/provincial PPP infrastructure projects
  • Monitor compliance with PPP regulations and frameworks
  • Analyze feasibility studies for non-core service restructuring
  • Provide technical guidance for PPP infrastructure initiatives
  • Manage project administration and staffing supervision

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven track record in PPPs, infrastructure development, or project management
  • Strong understanding of public sector financial regulations
  • Excellent strategic planning and risk assessment capabilities
