Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of municipal/provincial PPP infrastructure projects
- Monitor compliance with PPP regulations and frameworks
- Analyze feasibility studies for non-core service restructuring
- Provide technical guidance for PPP infrastructure initiatives
- Manage project administration and staffing supervision
Essential Qualifications
- Proven track record in PPPs, infrastructure development, or project management
- Strong understanding of public sector financial regulations
- Excellent strategic planning and risk assessment capabilities
