Maintain and update all administrative processes to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.

Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12 certificate

Work Experience:

  • 3 years in relevant administrative roles

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee-related matters and branch correspondence
  • Review and route documents to appropriate departments
  • Supervise stock counts and investigate discrepancies
  • Generate price analysis reports
  • Process petty cash and reconcile deposits
  • Monitor cash control accounts and bank deposits
  • Report administrative issues promptly
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist branch management with administrative tasks
  • Complete Incident on Duty (IOD) documentation

Technical Skills
