Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 certificate
Work Experience:
- 3 years in relevant administrative roles
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee-related matters and branch correspondence
- Review and route documents to appropriate departments
- Supervise stock counts and investigate discrepancies
- Generate price analysis reports
- Process petty cash and reconcile deposits
- Monitor cash control accounts and bank deposits
- Report administrative issues promptly
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist branch management with administrative tasks
- Complete Incident on Duty (IOD) documentation
Technical Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office
