We are looking for a Dental Insurance Coordinator for a modern private dental practice in aesthetic and general dentistry. This is a full-time remote position for a U.S.-based company. It suits someone with experience in dental insurance coordination, fluent English skills, and the ability to handle U.S. claims, verifications, and follow-ups on their own.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check dental insurance coverage and benefits before patient visits.
  • Submit insurance claims with correct documents and dental codes.
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and fix problems with insurance companies.
  • Get pre-authorizations and manage insurance-related emails or calls.
  • Work with dental staff to ensure correct coding and claim records.
  • Keep detailed records in dental software about insurance tasks.
  • Answer patient questions about insurance coverage and claims in a professional way.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years as an Insurance Coordinator in a dental or medical office.
  • Experience working with dental practices.
  • University degree.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proven skills in verifying insurance, submitting claims, handling denials, and talking to providers.
  • Background in aesthetic or general dentistry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of U.S. dental insurance plans, especially PPO.
  • Understanding of CDT dental coding.
  • Previous remote work with international dental offices.
  • Experience in private or small dental practices.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Dental practice software like Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft.
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Slack and Zoom.
  • Strong skills in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time role.
  • Based in Philippines or South Africa.
  • Works in U.S. time zone (PDT/PST).
  • Fully remote for a U.S. company.
  • Pay: ₱42,000–₱53,000 PHP or R14,000–R16,000 ZAR per month, based on experience.
  • Annual raises, bonuses, paid holidays, and paid time off.

System Requirements:

  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps.
  • Computer with 2.4 GHz processor or better.
  • 8 GB RAM or more.
  • Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer.
