Dental Assistant Opportunity – Intercare Sandton Medical & Dental Centre
Position Overview
Join Intercare, a growing healthcare provider recognized for exceptional service and innovation. We seek a Dental Assistant to support clinical operations at our Sandton facility in Morningside, Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures while maintaining strict sterilization protocols
- Manage dental room supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate laboratory coordination including casting and lab slips
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Follow medical waste disposal regulations and safety standards
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Certified dental assistant qualification
- HPCSA registration as Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control
- Computer literacy (MS Office, GoodX experience preferred)
