Position Summary

Role: Full-Time Delivery Assistant
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Experience Required: 2 years (FMCG/Logistics preferred)
Education: Matric Certificate

Core Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with product deliveries and vehicle operations
• Manage delivery documentation (POD sign-offs, invoice corrections)
• Verify customer payments and process financial documentation
• Load/unload goods safely using proper handling techniques
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and stock security during transit
• Provide customer service support during deliveries
• Collaborate on route planning and inventory management
• Follow strict safety protocols and PPE requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Matric certification
• 2+ years warehouse/logistics experience
• Familiarity with FMCG operations (advantageous)
• Physical stamina for loading/unloading goods
• Basic computer literacy
