Core Responsibilities
- Manage client bookings for props, costumes, and decor elements
- Oversee inventory control and storage management
- Coordinate asset documentation and condition reporting
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration for scenic productions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and venue specifications
- Maintain production schedules and budget tracking
- Supervise decor logistics for internal/external events
Essential Requirements
- Diploma in Performing Arts Technology or related field
- Proven experience in live event coordination
- Strong organizational and timeline management skills
- Technical understanding of theater operations
