Requirements

  • NQF Level 7 qualification in Education with teaching certification
  • Valid SACE registration as professional educator
  • 5 years’ experience managing school operations
  • Proven computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate educational processes across Cluster A districts
  • Support development of district improvement plans
  • Assess resource needs for six educational districts
  • Monitor academic performance metrics
  • Facilitate accountability meetings
  • Support underperforming schools
  • Prepare oversight reports
