Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Education with teaching certification
- Valid SACE registration as professional educator
- 5 years’ experience managing school operations
- Proven computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate educational processes across Cluster A districts
- Support development of district improvement plans
- Assess resource needs for six educational districts
- Monitor academic performance metrics
- Facilitate accountability meetings
- Support underperforming schools
- Prepare oversight reports
